Hi there, I'm PureSax from Vancouver, Canada. I'm 19, starting 2nd year university at UBC, studying biochemistry and saxophone. I've been on and off this game since around 2009, but it's always fun to pick it back up. It's surprising how when reading through the introductions I don't see people's ages beginning with a 1, heh. Hopefully I can show that teenagers today aren't all bad =P I'll be lurking clan chat for the most part.

Hey guys,
I'm Joachihm(totaly unrelated to my real name) from Germany and I've spent a little over 24 years on this weird planet.
Due to my work I travel quit a bit which will probably cause me to be inactive more than I'd like to be. Matter of fact I'm in Chile at the moment working 60-70 h per week. KoL came as a perfect distraction from all the stress for me. However I have no clue what I'm doing in this game but I like it so far.

Hi, my real name is Kathryn and I am brand new to KoL.  A friend recommended the game to me and hey, free game.  Found the clan by chance and was attracted to the "nice people" and "over 40" parts of the description.  I am 43, unmarried, no children, one cat.  My background is in art and photography, I do freelance design and I am always looking for work.  Beyond that, I live in Western Colorado.  Looking forward to getting acquainted with you.

Hey, I'm Wonderdummy. WD or Wonder is fine (while I'm not gonna say I don't qualify for the full title, but it is a long name...). I'm a college student studying Engineering Mechanics. Coming up on three years playing KOL. If there's something I can do to help, lemme know, otherwise... lemme know anyway. I am far more active around event times, so if I'm not on at other times, don't worry.

Hello all, I'm Maya and am returning to KOL after a long hiatus.  I'm slowly getting reacquainted with the game and looking forward to meeting some new faces.  I applied to the clan when I noticed the bit about an older and active crowd, sounds great to me!

Hi all, My name is Nathan and I am a 41yr old who lives in Washington state with my girlfriend and our 3 kids 19, 15, & 12. I have been playing KOL on and off for 7ish years. My first account was deleted and I started this one in 2008. I have a couple of Alt's but they have not seen any play since last Crimbo.

I'm... Kevin Wolf, and am unsure of why I entered my name for my character when I signed up. I've played enough games in my life to know you can almost always name your character as you like in RPG type games. I suppose, at the time, I thought an MMORPG required a direct response or something...ugh how I wish I could change it.

But anywho, I'm an art teacher in St. Louis. I draw comics, like to go rock-climbing, and live with my two cats in south city. I'm a big fan of retro-gaming, mexican food, and I like me a fine glass of Merlot with a scary zombie movie.

Hey everyone,
I'm Ryan. I'm 27 and live in Toronto. I've just started playing KoL again after not playing for two or three years. I'm kind of finding the ropes again, but I may be asking for help in the chat.

In my free time, I like to play Left 4 Dead 2 and magic cards. I also really love pizza.

Hey all,

Names Scott.  I'm 31 living in Calgary and work in Engineering for an ISP.  Recently married and raising out 10 month old daughter.

I've been known to binge on KOL for a few months and then slow down a bit...but i can't quit the habbit :).

My name is Tot Lee.  I was named after my grandfather.  His name was Tot Lee.  My father's name is Lippy Lee.  I am glad I was named after my grandfather.

I make soup for a living.  I am not a soup Nazi like on Seinfeld.  I am a soup NINJA!  I will sneak up on you at night and steal your soul with my soup.

I'm Dave, 34, from California, currently living in Sonoma Valley.  I manage a small import and distribution business and live a generally low-key life by design.  Unmarried, no kids, currently single, livin' the dream.

When I do get out I like loud bass music, good food, long hikes... though an injury a few years back has put a bit of a damper on that.  I like other stuff too.

Also, currently addicted to KoL.

Heya!

I've had multiple previous KoL accounts, but all of them were deleted. (Yes, before they stopped deleting accounts)
This is the longest continuous stint of playing, and the only character I've ascended, so I'll probably keep at it a while.

It's been great hanging out in chat and getting to know everyone!

Male, US West Coast, 40's, work in IT. Anything else can come out in chat.

Thanks for having me in the clan!

Howdy, all. Ben from Florida, USA. Software engineer and the somewhat shy-and-quiet type around peeps I don't know well. Admirer of KoL and wonder if/when I'll finally get over my video game obsession (3rd decade and still going strong).

Hello!

My name is Michelle.  46 years old, St. Louis resident for most of my life.   I've been playing KOL for about 10 years.  Believe it or not I had multis older than Sevain who were deleted before I finally settled on Pastamancer for my permanent incarnation.   (Who knew things would evolve the way they have?)  I've taken long breaks here and there but have come back after every other game just can't make me laugh the way this one does.   I am a rabid completionist (where meat allows) and a trophy hound of the worst kind, rather proud that I slip in and out of 1st place in the Kingdom in that category.   I love ascending but my long-term memory and knowledge of the game grows sketchier with every re-vamp.  Always happy to help any way I can.

One alt in the clan (P Sleazy) who is happy to cage-sit or anything else.

I have 2 cats, an erstwhile boyfriend, and a 17 year old daughter.  I am on and off throughout the day as my full time job at this point is re-habbing an 85 year old tudor cottage we bought a few years ago.

Enjoying my time in the clan and happy to have found somewhere comfortable and friendly after so many years in the game.

I am Jeff. Currently living in Florida. First computer experience was with my friend's Atari 400. Shortly afterward I got a Commodore 64 which was upgraded to a Commodore 128. After some time I finally dove into PCs. Loved the BBS days and find KOL to be the only online game I can stick with for the long haul
